Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management support
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate professional development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR information systems
- Support workforce planning initiatives and analyze HR metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
