As an HR Executive at Prohealth, you will play a pivotal role in our people strategy. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is eager to contribute to a culture of care and development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for medical and administrative positions.
- Manage employee relations, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing in compliance with local labor laws.
- Support the onboarding activities of new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration into the organization.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and support career progression.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and assist in talent retention strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
