Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Malaysian labor laws
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression
  • Manage payroll administration, benefits programs, and employee records maintenance
  • Conduct workforce planning and succession initiatives to support organizational growth
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize organizational structure

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist or executive role
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced growth environments or award-winning organizations
