Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Malaysian labor laws
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression
- Manage payroll administration, benefits programs, and employee records maintenance
- Conduct workforce planning and succession initiatives to support organizational growth
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize organizational structure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist or executive role
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- Experience in fast-paced growth environments or award-winning organizations
