Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive HR administration including employee records, documentation, and policy implementation
- Support recruitment processes through candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding logistics
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives
- Oversee office operations, inventory control, and facility management
- Deliver exceptional employee services through support programs and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions
- Develop and maintain HR systems for efficient data management and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in HR administration and recruitment
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR management or related field is advantageous
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in training coordination and employee engagement programs
