Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and execute HR policies aligned with Singapore labor regulations
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee HR compliance audits and maintain accurate employee records
- Coordinate training programs and talent development initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of full-spectrum HR experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and AWS-based HR platforms
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labor regulations
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
