The Business Outsourced Experts Solutions is currently seeking a proactive HR Executive & Admin to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. In this hybrid role, you will be the backbone of our operational success, balancing critical human resources functions with essential administrative support.

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, engagement, and operational efficiency. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced outsourcing environment and is eager to contribute to our growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local Malaysian labor laws.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, onboarding programs, and training initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, including office management, procurement of supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR KPIs, including turnover rates, recruitment costs, and operational expenses.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
