Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to HR-related queries from staff via email and phone.
- Maintain and update confidential employee records in the HRIS with high levels of data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, letters, and employment contracts.
- Support the coordination of HR operational workflows and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the healthcare shared services department to ensure service excellence.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR administrative or support role is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- A high degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry HR practices is a significant advantage.
