PERSOL is currently seeking a motivated HR Executive Assistant to join our team in the vibrant One North hub. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a large-scale healthcare shared services environment.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the employee lifecycle administration, ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as a first point of contact for internal inquiries, providing professional support and maintaining the high standards of our HR services. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding documentation.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to HR-related queries from staff via email and phone.
  • Maintain and update confidential employee records in the HRIS with high levels of data integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, letters, and employment contracts.
  • Support the coordination of HR operational workflows and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the healthcare shared services department to ensure service excellence.
  • Perform general clerical duties to support the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR administrative or support role is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A high degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry HR practices is a significant advantage.
