Join PERSOL's dynamic healthcare shared services team as an HR Executive Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining HR operations and supporting the employee lifecycle. In this contract position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administration of onboarding, offboarding, benefits management, and compliance documentation. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining a positive employee experience while adhering to Singapore's healthcare industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals
- Process payroll, benefits, and leave entitlements with precision and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations
- Coordinate HR documentation and support recruitment processes as needed
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
- Collaborate with IT on HR system implementations and data integrity
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR operational experience in healthcare or shared services
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Singaporean labor laws and healthcare compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
