Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and preparing offer letters.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees.
- Manage the internal HR mailbox, responding to employee queries and escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings, training sessions, and internal staff events.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, payroll data validation, and documentation for audits.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant local labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR coordination role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
