About the Role:

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive HR audits on a regular basis, covering payroll, employee lifecycle data, and compliance documentation.
- Identify control weaknesses and non-compliance issues, providing practical recommendations for remedial action.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management, ensuring clear communication of risks and resolutions.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process from an HR cost perspective.
- Collaborate with the HR team to update and refine internal policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with regulatory changes.
- Maintain and audit the HRIS database to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all employee records.
- Assist in external and internal audit requests, providing necessary documentation and evidence in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes to labor laws and statutory requirements to ensure the company remains fully compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Audit role.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and CPF contribution requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
