Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and labor regulations
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive offerings
- Drive employee engagement programs and culture-building activities
- Conduct HR compliance audits and maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and development plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in BPO or service industry
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office applications
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance operational needs with employee development
