Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic HR business partnering to department leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment onboarding to performance management and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational goals
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and implement appropriate resolutions
- Support talent management initiatives including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for data-driven decision making
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR generalist or business partner experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
