Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide strategic HR business partnering to department leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment onboarding to performance management and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational goals
  • Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and implement appropriate resolutions
  • Support talent management initiatives including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for data-driven decision making
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR generalist or business partner experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
