Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage client workforce requirements through strategic talent planning and deployment
- Oversee HR operations including employee data management, documentation, and policy implementation
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace conflicts proactively
- Develop and maintain HR reporting systems for client workforce analytics
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment coordination
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and workforce planning
