Join Trust Recruit as an HR Executive specializing in the dynamic construction manufacturing and precast industry. This pivotal role combines strategic HR management with hands-on payroll expertise to support our operational excellence. Located in Kaki Bukit with convenient MRT access (Kaki Bukit DT28 or Eunos connection), you'll be instrumental in shaping our workforce culture while ensuring precise payroll compliance. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule (8:15am-6pm) in a collaborative environment where your HR acumen directly impacts business growth.
As a key member of our HR team, you'll navigate the unique challenges of labor-intensive manufacturing environments while maintaining compliance with Singapore's labor regulations. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, ideal for HR professionals seeking to advance their careers in specialized industrial sectors.
Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end payroll processing including salary disbursements, deductions, and statutory contributions
- Employee lifecycle management from onboarding to separation documentation
- HR administration: leave management, benefits administration, and performance tracking
- Compliance monitoring for MOM regulations and industry-specific labor standards
- Recruitment coordination including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Employee relations support and conflict resolution
- HR data management using HRIS systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years HR experience with payroll processing exposure
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and CPF regulations
- Experience in construction/manufacturing or precast industry preferred
- Proficiency in HR/payroll software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
