- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for construction industry employees
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and company HR policies
- Handle employee data management, benefits administration, and leave processing
- Support recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Address employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent development
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with payroll processing focus
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations (EA, CPF)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling
