As an HR Executive in the construction sector, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with project managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and foster a positive work environment. Your efforts will ensure that our company culture thrives while adhering to strict labor laws and safety standards essential to the construction industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for construction roles.
- Coordinate with department heads to analyze manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management discussions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore Employment Act, work pass regulations, and local labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll support to ensure high employee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, training records, and statutory reports.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs to boost morale.
- Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a preference for experience in the construction, engineering, or project-based industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Singaporean labor laws, employment contracts, and work pass regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high integrity.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership in driving HR initiatives.
