Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for the construction team.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, ensure accurate record-keeping of attendance, and manage employee leave and claims.
- Assist in the administration of employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.
- Oversee general office administration, including maintaining stationery supplies, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and coordinating office facilities.
- Maintain and update the HR database and personnel files to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related reports, such as headcount analysis and manpower planning documents.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions to enhance team cohesion.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in HR and general administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines in a construction environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
