You will be responsible for providing essential HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from initial recruitment to successful placement.
As a key member of our HR team, you will manage the end-to-end process of foreign worker onboarding, including coordinating travel arrangements for new arrivals, conducting thorough inductions, and facilitating smooth workplace integration. Your expertise in immigration compliance will ensure that our organization adheres to all legal requirements while optimizing our international talent acquisition strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of cross-cultural workplace dynamics. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end foreign worker recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding
- Manage all documentation related to foreign worker permits, visas, and work authorizations
- Ensure strict compliance with immigration laws and labor regulations
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodation for incoming foreign workers
- Conduct comprehensive orientation and induction programs for new foreign employees
- Provide ongoing HR support to foreign workers regarding workplace integration and cultural adaptation
- Maintain accurate records of all foreign worker documentation and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with department heads to assess manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with focus on foreign worker recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration laws and labor regulations
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Malaysian driving license (for travel to plantations)
