Join RM Leopad as an HR Executive specializing in Foreign Worker & Expatriate Management and become an integral part of our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of foreign worker and expatriate employment, ensuring compliance with Malaysian immigration and labor laws. You will work closely with various departments to understand staffing needs, coordinate with recruitment agencies, and oversee the entire visa and work permit application process. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Malaysia's immigration policies, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex administrative procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of foreign worker and expatriate employment, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian immigration regulations, labor laws, and company policies
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source qualified foreign talent and expatriates
  • Prepare and submit visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all foreign workers and expatriates, including contracts and renewal dates
  • Provide guidance and support to foreign employees regarding cultural adaptation and local regulations
  • Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure seamless integration of foreign talent
  • Monitor and report on immigration policy changes that may impact the organization

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR with specific focus on foreign worker and expatriate management
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration policies, work permits, and visa regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse cultures
