This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a multi-tasking environment and possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges within the F&B sector.

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and ensuring operational excellence. From talent acquisition to payroll administration and employee engagement, you will be the backbone of the HR department. You will work closely with management to implement HR strategies that align with business goals while ensuring 100% compliance with local labor laws. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring timely CPF contributions and tax filings (IR8A).
  • Handle all work pass matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, SP, EP) via the MOM portal.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance claims, and leave management systems.
  • Provide expert advice to management and staff on the Singapore Employment Act and company policies.
  • Lead employee grievance handling and disciplinary procedures in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and assist in identifying training and development needs.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS database and ensure all personnel files are kept confidential and organized.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role.
  • Strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Retail industry is highly advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
