TG Group Pte Ltd is looking for a highly organized and professional HR Executive to join our team in the Government Sector. This contract role is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to gain exposure to public sector operations while supporting key organizational functions.

You will be responsible for supporting the overall HR operations, with a specific focus on Learning & Development (L&D), Recruitment Coordination, and the full lifecycle management of employee Onboarding and Offboarding. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring that all HR processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with relevant government regulations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate Learning & Development programs, conducting training needs analysis and distributing educational materials.
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring all documentation and orientation are completed efficiently.
  • Handle offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and managing clearance formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking to ensure accuracy.
  • Support compliance with government labor laws and internal HR policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the government or public sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
