Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic HR business partnering to department leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Support talent acquisition processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction
- Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and development planning
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives, including training programs and leadership development
- Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR best practices across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in HR business partnering role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience working in public sector or large organization preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) would be advantageous
