As an HR professional in this role, you will play a critical part in shaping company culture, streamlining HR operations, and ensuring the organization remains compliant with all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and compensation and benefits.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to conducting interviews and onboarding.
- Handle work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Administer monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and IR8A submissions.
- Facilitate the annual performance appraisal process and identify training needs for staff development.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure all HR records and databases are maintained with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience for Executive level; 5+ years for Managerial level.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and prevailing labor laws.
- Proven experience in managing payroll and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
