Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
- Identify training needs and design impactful Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skill sets.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and training progress.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce development goals.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions for continuous professional development.
- Stay updated on market trends to implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR, specifically with a focus on recruitment and L&D.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- A proactive learner with a strong interest in organizational development and human capital management.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team-oriented environment.
