Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis and skill gap assessments across all departments.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-the-job training, technical workshops, and soft skills sessions.
- Develop and update training materials, employee handbooks, and e-learning resources.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and certification bodies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support the HR team with employee engagement activities and performance management initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, specifically in Learning & Development or Training.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA/WSH) is highly desirable.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
