About the Opportunity
An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for a skilled HR Executive to join a distinguished organization based in the Central Region. This role specifically focuses on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and International Mobility, offering a unique chance to drive key strategic initiatives within the HR function. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing expatriate packages, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations, and designing competitive reward strategies that attract and retain top talent.
The Role
As the HR Executive (C&B/Mobility), you will serve as the primary point of contact for expatriate employees, managing everything from work pass applications and renewals to relocation logistics and tax equalization. On the C&B front, you will participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises, benefits renewals, and incentive plan administration. You will partner closely with global payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate compensation delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and manage expatriate compensation packages, including cost projections, relocation allowances, and tax planning.
- Oversee all aspects of international mobility, such as work pass applications, renewals, and immigration compliance.
- Support the annual compensation review cycle, bonus calculations, and benefits tender processes.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive remuneration practices.
- Collaborate with finance, payroll, and global HR teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Provide advisory support to managers and employees on C&B policies and mobility frameworks.
- Maintain HRIS systems with accurate compensation and benefits data, generating reports for management.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits and/or Expatriate Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, MOM guidelines, and expatriate tax rules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experienced with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced contract role.
