Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for outsourced and contract personnel, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation, security clearances, and system access requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external staffing vendors to streamline resource deployment.
- Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate compensation and benefits administration for outsourced staff.
- Assist in the review and renewal of service contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and budget constraints.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to outsourced labor, such as turnover rates and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local labor market practices.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment or vendor management tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of integrity, initiative, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
