Join Siltronic's dynamic HR team as an HR Executive (Recruitment) and drive our talent acquisition strategy. This pivotal role encompasses the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing high-caliber candidates to managing interview processes and ensuring seamless onboarding. You'll collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs, develop innovative recruitment campaigns, and strengthen our employer brand through strategic initiatives like job fairs and digital outreach. Partner with recruitment agencies to expand our talent pipeline, implement data-driven hiring metrics, and optimize recruitment workflows to attract top industry professionals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job platforms to maximize candidate reach
- Organize and represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs
- Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance company's talent appeal
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment regulations and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to engage candidates at all levels
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- Experience managing recruitment agencies and vendor relationships
