Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Malaysian labor laws
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills
  • Oversee payroll administration, benefits administration, and leave management systems
  • Conduct HR analytics to support workforce planning and organizational development
  • Manage office administration functions including facilities management and vendor coordination
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR information systems

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with recruitment and employee relations focus
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is highly desirable
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
