Cornerstone Global Partners is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive or Senior Executive to join our team for an 11-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our human resources operations in a pivotal role. You will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and reporting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, employment regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, such as manpower planning, turnover analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and management.

Kualifikasi

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an HR Executive, Senior Executive, or in a similar HR support role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
