Are you a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional looking to drive organizational growth? Always Marketing is seeking a dedicated HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, managing key HR functions ranging from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. If you possess a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to HR administration, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Oversee employee relations, handling inquiries, grievances, and ensuring strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits management, and performance appraisal cycles.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and corporate events to foster a positive culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS system and prepare monthly HR reports for management.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and support employee development initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR Executive or Senior HR Executive role.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local equivalents) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
