As part of our HR team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of payroll for our employees. We value precision, integrity, and a proactive approach to HR operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, FWL) and tax filings (IR8A, IR21) accurately and on time.
  • Administer employee leave records, attendance tracking, and benefits administration within the HRIS.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation reports and variance analysis for management review.
  • Address employee queries regarding payroll, leave, and tax-related matters with professional service.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related documentation, including employment contracts and confirmation letters.
  • Support year-end payroll activities and internal/external audits as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations in Singapore.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
