Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage HR operations for APAC and EU regions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation processes
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and training activities
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services
  • Experience working in multinational companies with APAC and EU exposure
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
