Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
- Execute work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring full compliance with MOM regulations.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and systems integration.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide timely talent acquisition updates.
- Provide support for general HR administrative tasks, including payroll support, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Assist in building a robust talent pipeline through creative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM work pass regulations.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
