In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by attracting top talent and fostering a positive employee experience. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can provide comprehensive HR support and ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.
As an HR Executive, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. You will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws
- Handle employee relations including grievance resolution and conflict management
- Oversee employee lifecycle management from recruitment to offboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements
- Analyze HR metrics to improve recruitment strategies and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with focus on talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
