  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position SBS Transit as an employer of choice
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Design and implement internship programs to attract and develop young talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and technologies to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve talent acquisition processes

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Singapore
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
