- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position SBS Transit as an employer of choice
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement internship programs to attract and develop young talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Utilize various recruitment channels and technologies to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve talent acquisition processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Singapore
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
