Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with manufacturing business objectives
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process to ensure positive experiences
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and create job specifications
- Utilize HRIS systems to track recruitment metrics and process improvements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in the manufacturing sector
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders
- Experience developing employer branding and talent attraction strategies
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and implement process improvements
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in Singapore
