Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer generation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases in strict compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management to support HR operations.
  • Support the implementation and effective communication of HR policies and company culture initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and handle internal HR communications professionally.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or recruitment within a multinational environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
