Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Process payroll for 50 employees accurately and on a timely basis
- Implement and maintain HR systems, particularly AWS-based solutions
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support management in organizational development and talent management initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, with payroll processing expertise
- Familiarity with AWS-based HR systems and technology
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
