Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
  • Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards
  • Develop and implement HR policies, compensation structures, and performance management systems
  • Coordinate general office administration, vendor management, and operational logistics
  • Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
  • Lead employee engagement programs and workplace culture initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 5+ years combined experience in HR and finance roles with multinational exposure
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, tax codes, and accounting standards
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho)
