Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
- Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards
- Develop and implement HR policies, compensation structures, and performance management systems
- Coordinate general office administration, vendor management, and operational logistics
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Lead employee engagement programs and workplace culture initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 5+ years combined experience in HR and finance roles with multinational exposure
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, tax codes, and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to liaise between departments and stakeholders
- Proven track record in process optimization and compliance management
- Strategic mindset with analytical approach to problem-solving
