Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination or general administration
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
