A prominent enterprise in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat is seeking a highly competent and strategic HR & GA Manager to steer our human resources and general affairs departments toward organizational excellence.
As the HR & GA Manager, you will serve as a vital link between management and employees, championing a high-performance culture while ensuring seamless administrative and facility operations. This multi-faceted role requires a balanced approach to driving progressive human capital initiatives, managing complex industrial relations, and supervising comprehensive General Affairs tasks in an agile corporate environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Formulate, develop, and implement comprehensive HR and GA strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with overall corporate goals.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, and compensation & benefits administration.
- Lead and maintain harmonious Industrial Relations, managing employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor union discussions in accordance with Indonesian labor regulations (UU Cipta Kerja).
- Direct and oversee all General Affairs operations, including facility management, company asset maintenance, transportation, office supplies, security, and cleaning services.
- Supervise corporate licensing, legal compliance, and expatriate document management (KITAS, MERP, etc.).
- Develop, monitor, and optimize annual budgets for both HR and GA functions to ensure cost-efficiency and high service quality.
- Serve as the key representative in liaising with government agencies, local communities, and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven management experience in HR & GA, preferably within a manufacturing or multinational company in the Cikarang area.
- Deep understanding and up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws, industrial relations, and BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan) processes.
- Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of managing and developing direct reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; familiarity with Japanese or Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate HR metrics into strategic actions.
