You'll drive end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain HR compliance, and manage daily office operations while serving as a linguistic liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Mandarin-speaking talent
- Oversee employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Handle general administrative functions including office management, procurement, and facility maintenance
- Provide real-time Mandarin interpretation and translation for internal meetings and client communications
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects requiring Mandarin language support
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of combined HR and General Administration experience
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment lifecycle management
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
