Join PT Sari Murni Abadi as an HR GA Supervisor and drive excellence in our Human Resources and General Administration functions. We're seeking a strategic thinker with 4-6 years of HRGA experience, preferably in the fast-paced FMCG sector, to lead our HR team and optimize administrative processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the HRGA team, providing mentorship and performance guidance
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and legal requirements
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate administrative functions including office management, procurement, and facility maintenance
- Prepare HR budgets, reports, and analytics for leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in HRGA functions
- Proven team leadership experience with direct report management
- FMCG industry background strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic mindset with attention to operational details
