Your expertise will extend to payroll administration, BPJS (social security) management, and fostering positive employee relations through proactive engagement initiatives. Additionally, you'll handle general administrative tasks that support daily business operations, including office logistics and vendor coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee administration functions including contract management, personnel files, and HR documentation
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely BP (Jamsostek) contributions and reporting
- Facilitate employee relations through conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate general administrative tasks including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
- Support HR compliance by monitoring labor law updates and maintaining policy documentation
- Assist in implementing HR programs including training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee benefits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions with payroll processing and recruitment expertise
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee engagement and conflict resolution
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data processing and documentation
