Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee administration functions including contract management, personnel files, and HR documentation
  • Process payroll accurately and ensure timely BP (Jamsostek) contributions and reporting
  • Facilitate employee relations through conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate general administrative tasks including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
  • Support HR compliance by monitoring labor law updates and maintaining policy documentation
  • Assist in implementing HR programs including training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee benefits

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions with payroll processing and recruitment expertise
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee engagement and conflict resolution
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data processing and documentation
