Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR database systems
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Handle payroll documentation and benefits administration
- Organize office operations, including inventory management and vendor coordination
- Prepare HR reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist in employee onboarding programs and orientation sessions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR coordination and general administrative tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
