Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle employee documentation, including employment contracts, attendance records, and leave management.
  • Translate documents and facilitate verbal communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local staff.
  • Oversee general affairs tasks such as office maintenance, inventory management of office supplies, and vendor relations.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan.
  • Ensure company policies are implemented effectively and comply with prevailing Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Support company events and internal employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (Written and Spoken) is mandatory; HSK 5 or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in HR or GA is a significant advantage.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
