Tanggung Jawab

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Manage employee documentation, attendance records, and leave administration
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, facilities management, and maintenance needs
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor reception with professionalism
  • Organize company meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, correspondence, and administrative documents

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or General Affairs roles
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
