Deskripsi Pekerjaan

World Harvest is looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & General Affairs Staff to join our growing team in Karawaci. In this role, you will handle both human resources functions and general affairs operations, including asset management and office administration. You will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding—while also ensuring that office facilities and company assets are properly maintained and inventoried.

As an HR & GA Staff, you will be the bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. You will coordinate training activities, manage HR documentation, handle procurement of office supplies, and oversee building maintenance.

We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Psychology and a genuine passion for people and operational excellence. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take on diverse challenges, this role offers excellent growth opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files
  • Oversee office supply inventory, procurement, and budget tracking
  • Manage company assets including registration, maintenance, and disposal
  • Handle employee relations and provide support for disciplinary actions and grievances
  • Coordinate training programs and performance review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology (S1 Psikologi)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR and General Affairs
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law, and office management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
