  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing strategic direction for talent acquisition, development, and retention
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with retail business objectives and growth plans
  • Oversee training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career progression
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through culture-building activities, recognition programs, and communication frameworks
  • Ensure HR compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Optimize HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in managerial role
  • Proven retail industry experience with understanding of retail-specific HR challenges
  • Expertise in talent development, training programs, and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices
