- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing strategic direction for talent acquisition, development, and retention
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with retail business objectives and growth plans
- Oversee training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career progression
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through culture-building activities, recognition programs, and communication frameworks
- Ensure HR compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Optimize HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in managerial role
- Proven retail industry experience with understanding of retail-specific HR challenges
- Expertise in talent development, training programs, and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices
